Fudge

While I know you do not come to the blog expecting recipes  this one is too good (&easy) to not share. My aunt sent it to my mother who shared it with me, because I needed to bring a dessert to a large party. Yes, maybe you think of fudge as a winter dessert, but this fudge is so good, particularly after it is refrigerated that it might end up being your go-to contribution to the sweet table at potlucks. And really melting the chocolate & butter takes less than 20 minutes, so don't wait for the next party make some today & surprise your friends & family with a little mid-week treat tomorrow.
