![]() The ubiquitous "at sign." This "What do you make up about that?" came about after some time in the car and by some time I mean many hours. What do you call the "at sign?" I queried. I know the "and sign" is an ampersand (&), but what is the "at sign?" This factoid search required google and wikipedia. The answer was found but only when the query used "at sign," not @, which actually returned no results: a mystery for another day... I encourage you to read about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/At_sign Once you have finished reading you will understand the concluding comment to our conversation which went something like, "Our meaningless life will be important in 100 years. That's the story I make up about it."
