New Brush

During the month of drawing I purchased a new brush: The Princeton Neptune Dagger. Sounds ominous, doesn't it? Well, it is a lovely brush, but very difficult to "print" with due to its supple nature. I spent a full week trying to get even patterns, thinking I just needed to practice a bit more, fine tune, finesse. Nope, it is just too soft for that to happen. But I do love the variation & nuance that it lays down color with. So if I embrace that & perhaps don't regiment my pattern as severely I will create something that works. The watchword of the day is persevere.   Happy Thursday Y'all!
